Myostructural or fitness massage for stimulation of the deep muscles of the face
Myostructural facial massage is an intense and deep facial musculature massage with an effect on the muscular system. It is one of the newest methods, which can especially affect the deep muscle tissues of the face, neck and shoulders. During the massage, those muscles are especially trained, which are least used during life, due to which they have lost their tone early.
Facial mimicry is very active, however, although facial muscles seem to be constantly trained, they are also affected by aging - muscle tone is lost and the face begins to look older. Edema and impaired blood circulation also affect the appearance of the face.
Myostructural massage eliminates facial muscle tension and improves blood circulation, thus allowing a person to look younger. Massage helps improve the flexibility of muscle fibers, their contractility, or the ability to contract, prevent mild muscle atrophy and increase oxygen supply to muscle cells. Much attention is paid to the neck region and shoulder area, and every facial muscle is treated. This massage is not a superficial stroking of the skin, but a work with the face and neck muscles, muscle fascia, subcutaneous fat layer and blood circulation. After the course of procedures, muscle tone is restored and the face receives a lifting effect.
Advantages of the massage:
- slows down aging without injections or surgery;
- stimulates and restores the natural function of facial muscles;
- slows down muscle atrophy and provides muscle tone;
- improves blood circulation as well as facial tone which helps to look younger;
- increases muscle flexibility;
- allows you to recover the symmetry of the face and smooth out wrinkles;
- helps to correct the contour of the face;
- increases oxygen flow to muscle cells.
Myostructural massage can be performed separately (60 min) or combined with buccal massage (90 min).
Buccal or intraoral massage
Buccal or intraoral massage is one of the techniques of sculptural massage, which is used to eliminate muscle hypertonus or tension in the places where the muscle is attached to the bone. During this massage, the muscles of the oral cavity and jaw are affected not only from the outside, but also through the oral cavity. Using special techniques - palpation, stretching and pressing, muscle spasms or trigger points are eliminated, blood circulation and oxygen supply to the tissues are improved. Such procedures allow to restore the function of muscle fibers.
Teeth grinding or bruxism, tension in the jaw muscles upon waking up or during the day, as well as stress greatly damage facial aesthetics and affect our health. Often, bruxism and jaw tension on a daily basis can cause headaches and jaw pain, even migraines. Intraoral massage is the only natural effective way to relax these muscles.
Advantages of the massage:
- tightens and strengthens the muscles, making the contour of the face more expressive;
- helps to reduce the volume of the cheeks;
- relaxes masseter muscles and trigger points;
- helps in cases of teeth grinding (bruxism) or strong mastication, which causes tooth wear and other defects;
- helps relieve bruxism headaches and migraines;
- helps smooth out nasolabial folds and wrinkles around the lips.
The massage can be performed separately (30 min) or combined with a myostructural massage (90 min).
