Minister of Health Hosams Abu Meri Opens the Preventive Health Festival

Generating significant visitor interest, the first-ever Preventive Health Festival in Latvia took place on October 18, 2024, at Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga—an unprecedented, unique, and valuable event that brought together 170 attendees. Due to the high level of public interest and the festival’s socially relevant theme, the organizers have committed to hosting another festival dedicated to preventive medicine and health awareness in 2025.

This year, the festival gathered renowned Latvian doctors and preventive medicine specialists in one place to introduce attendees to the latest trends in preventive medicine and aesthetics, industry innovations, and the possibilities offered by some of the world’s most sought-after technologies.

Zane Rēvalde Head of Anti-Aging Institute:

"Preventive medicine is a new era, not just in Latvia but worldwide, where we aim to prevent health problems before they arise rather than waiting for an adverse health event. The goal is not to extend human life to 120 years but to ensure that life is lived with the highest possible quality—spending time with family and loved ones. Imagine being over 75 years old and still playing football with your grandchildren or enjoying active hobbies."

Engaging Activities for Visitors

Throughout the evening, attendees had the opportunity to participate in various activities, such as:

  • Experiencing the benefits of globally popular BTL device technologies
  • Enjoying an IV vitamin cocktail lounge instead of a traditional bar
  • Being the first to purchase Dr. med. Jana Janovska’s book, "The Secrets of Longevity," with a personalized autograph
  • Enjoying a musical performance by DJ Maija Rozīte

A Message from Anti-Aging Institute

The Anti-Aging Institute aims to raise awareness about the role of prevention and preventive medicine in maintaining quality of life. Taking a proactive approach to health is more beneficial than treating diseases after they appear. While we also help improve external appearance—smoothing wrinkles and enhancing silhouettes—that is just the "cherry on top." At the core of it all is health, because a healthy person is a beautiful person!

See You at the Preventive Health Festival 2025!
